miss-diary
After watching the last episode of Harry Potter,
I was confused with the incident in which Dumbledore told Snape to kill him.
why ya??
i've got d answer dy!! :D
First of all,
Dumbledore had gotten cursed from the Gaunt's ring - an heirloom of Salazar Siltherin's and a horcrux of Voldemort's. He was able to destory the horcrux but he had cursed himself.
Snape gave Dumbledore potions to help fight the curse but he guessed they would only last for about a year before the curse would kill him anyways.
So, Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him at a strategic moment because he was already dying from a curse and will be dying of his old age sooner or later. He wanted to make it look like Snape was still a loyal follower of Voldemort and also he wanted to save Draco Malfoy (didnt want malfoys soul to be destroyed) who had been tasked to kill Dumbledore by Voldemort.
ahaahk! finally i understand ^-^
p/s: ( If everything went according to plan, then the power of the Elder Wand would have died with Dumbledore because his death was planned with Snape so no one would have defeated him but Malfoy interfeared which made Malfoy the owner of the Elder Wand =.=" )
